Having a Google Business page is like having a special sign that tells people about your restaurant when they search for it online. Itโs like a digital ID card for your restaurant. It also helps customers find your restaurant if they search for Taster or Out Fry on Google, or if they search for โrestaurants near meโ in Google Maps.

๐ย Taster HQ manages all the Google Business pages for Taster restaurants. It allows a consistent tone of voice and a centralised customer support if needed. Customer will have the same experience with all Taster brands, whenever they order them on Click & Collect.
๐ย Once your business launches with a Taster brand/s, you will automatically get a Google Business page set up - this can take up to 2 weeks. Each brand will have its own page, if you have more than one Taster brand operating (Out Fry, A Burgers..), you will have a business page for each one. In order for Google to verify the business, there is a process we need your help with.

โ ย Make sure that the information on the Google Business page of my restaurant is correct. To report any incorrect information please get in touch with your Taster account manager or KPC.
โ ย Encourage customers to leave you a positive review on your Google Business page when they order via Click & Collect.
๐ย ย You can even offer them a free drink or item in exchange of a 5 โญย Google review on your page. You can ask them to publish it in front of you.
โ ย Read regularly the Google Reviews left by customers on your GMB page to identify areas of improvement.

It needs to be very clear to people passing by that your restaurant sells Taster brands and offers a Click & Collect service, for maximum success.
It also makes it easy for people looking for your restaurant to find it so they have the best experience possible.
Having a nice looking, branded and professional restaurant facade is like having a big, bright sign that tells people about your restaurant, and encourages them to stop and order.

Be proactive with customers if they show sign of interest for your restaurant & make sure it is easy for customers to access to the Click & Collect page of your restaurant when they want to
๐ย if you have dine-in, put QR Codes on the tables - QR coasters for drinks can be found here.
๐ย have multiple QR Codes around the kitchen so that if customers are interested in ordering, or ask something to one of your staff members, they can show them a QR Code straight away and donโt let the customer goes outside to scan the QR Code.
If your customers need a receipt, they can enter their email address on the order summary page, and ask to receive a receipt by email that mentions the VAT by clicking on the button Get receipt
